  • Duplicate payments
  • Service cancellation requested before ticket generation

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Successfully generated and delivered tickets
  • Change of mind after ticket generation
  • Visa application rejection (tickets are for visa application purposes only)
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
