- Service not delivered within the promised timeframe
- Technical errors preventing ticket generation
- Duplicate payments
- Service cancellation requested before ticket generation
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Successfully generated and delivered tickets
- Change of mind after ticket generation
- Visa application rejection (tickets are for visa application purposes only)
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
